Return Policy

We accept returns via mail or in store. Returns are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and with the original tags, packaging (if applicable) and proof of purchase. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Wigs and hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a return shipping label is provided charge will be deducted from your refund. When packing up your return, remove any old addresses or barcodes, and only include items from the same order. If returning via a QR code, bring your return to the appropriate freight copy USPS or Fedex or UPS, not a drop box. If you printed your return shipping label, you can drop off your return at any USPS or Fedex or UPS depending on the freight company.

Non-U.S. customers can easily make a return by shipping goods back our store. Customer is responsible any shipping cost. Upon receipt of goods a refund will initiated.

To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.
